If you’re visiting Aladdin Restaurant for the first time, we’re glad to have you. Our restaurant is located along Penn Avenue in West Reading, a walkable main street known for its local shops, cafés, and neighborhood atmosphere. Many guests enjoy coming early or staying afterward to explore the area.
We offer a small off-street parking lot for guests, along with nearby street parking. During the warmer months, outdoor dining is available so you can enjoy your meal in the fresh air. Inside, the dining room is open and relaxed, with a mix of booths and tables for groups of different sizes. Whether you’re here for a quick lunch or a longer meal with friends, we aim to provide a comfortable setting.
Aladdin is a full-service, family-owned restaurant. When you arrive, feel free to choose an open table. A server will be with you shortly to help with any questions, offer suggestions, and assist throughout your meal. If you’re new to Middle Eastern or Mediterranean dishes, we’re happy to recommend options based on what flavors you enjoy. Many guests begin with hummus or baba ganoush, pair a shawarma or kebab platter with rice and salad, or share a mix of sides and appetizers at the table.
For guests who enjoy bringing their own beverages, we are BYOB. This allows you to pair your meal with your preferred wine or beer when dining in.
We also have a private dining area available for small gatherings and celebrations. This space can be reserved in advance, depending on availability, and is well-suited for family events, work dinners, and special occasions. Throughout the year, we host occasional dining events, including evenings with live belly dancing. These events are open to the public with reservations and often create a lively, enjoyable atmosphere in the dining room. Dates and details are shared in advance so guests can plan ahead.
